  Shoutout to Smooth Move for a solid move across CT. Movers came exactly on time to sync up with our elevator reservation window and to our destination address was able to complete it a bit early when elevator window opened up by chance. Everything was moved with care with no damage as seen by some of the furniture items post unboxing in photo. Staff was professional and quick and accurate with suggested timelines.   We’ve used Smooth Move and and Delivery Movers multiple times now, and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. Our most recent move was a bit complicated, as our new place wasn’t ready right away. They ended up helping us move in three separate stages, and every single time, they were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. We rented storage from them as well. They also went above and beyond by picking up a very heavy, expensive refrigerator we bought online from a different location and safely delivering it to our home.   We have a 360 lb Baldwin piano that had to go down from the second floor and with an added degree of difficulty, a turn in the stairs. Marcus and his team did a fantastic job! Highly recommend SM&D!
