  This moving company is great. Patrick, Roger and Rommy worked efficiently and were clearly experienced. They asked for exact direction on where to place things to ensure our satisfaction. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They packed and wrapped furniture as needed to protect items, so nothing was damaged. They disassembled larger furniture as needed and reassembled everything well. Props for manuevering the truck through the entrance, as that was no easy chore.   After waiting til last minute to get movers, Smooth Move & Delivery fit me into their schedule very quickly. Day of moving they sent 4 movers and they did not disappoint! They were quick, efficient and extremely communicative. Nothing broke in transit or at arrival. 100% I would recommend and use again for my next move!

  This is ultimately a negative review of Smooth Move and Delivery, despite the excellent work of Roger, Roman, and Anderson. They were careful, professional, communicative, and handled our belongings with great care. My criticism is not directed at them. My issue is with the company’s management and planning. Dismantling our treadmill was a known requirement of the move, yet the crew was sent without the expertise needed to complete it.
