  I’m unlikely to use this location again unless I have no other choice. Wanted to rent one of their $19.95 + miles van for an about 2 hours. In person, they require you take the insurance. That $19.95 goes up to $87 after the 25 mile drive with the insurance. When expressing that it’s a big jump, the lady at the front desk was just very rude. Not just to me, but to other customers as well. There was a couple that didn’t speak English and she was very rude to them as well. Very unsatisfied with this experience and definitely not worth the money with the attitude we had to deal with!

  Woman I worked with was excellent at pick up and drop off. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Truck was spotless and I will definately recommend UHaul, Bank St, Waterbury to anyone! Don't change a thing.

  Lady working there is horrible said i cant rent a truck with an out of state drivers license and said my drivers licensed was invalid when i checked the florida dmv it says my license is valid. Told me to get someone else to rent for me. I asked her to show me where it said my license wasnt valid she said no. And called the cops said i was trespassing. Profiling much? Horrible service and experience. If your not white prepare to not be helped i see on the reviews that the lady has a whole bunch of negative reviews so im not the first and she still there!!!!
