  Cool staff, chris rex gave me a good tip on not taping my box up before I make sure the item fits, which worked out good because the item did not fit, and I had to come back and exchange my box for a bigger one. He also gave me free chocolate chocolates. Would visit again.

  Yes the all the gentleman where very nice especially the manager they went above and beyond to explain my different options it was a difficult move from waterbury CT to augusta Ga and they made that part of my move easy very compasionate and undrrstanding the one female ... though that works there & awnser the phone needs to work on her customer service especially over the phone very rude

  Been here 4 times for boxes and moving supplies. Chris Rex was so friendly and helpful and brought my boxes to my car and loaded them. Everyone here is so helpful!

  Super friendly and helpful staff, they worked efficiently and I was in and out quickly for pick up and drop off. I have rented from this location many times and it is consistently a great experience.

  Garbage that's what this location is. I rented a truck an was waved on the high way to be told I have no break lights I called uhaul I was taused around an was told to go to my destination they will come there an fix than I had to leave the destination at a certain time i called to see where was the tech I was told to bring it to the nearest uhaul they found for me an to call the next day so they can refund me some of the money and that's when all the disappointment started I spoke to so many people an at the en I didn't get nothing back an I ended up paying $200 for less than 24 hour…
