The facility is very clean. The inside units are climate controlled and free of pests & spider webs. It looks brand new. The price is reasonable for the size. The facility is not 24hr access but the current hours work pretty well. I think 6am-10pm or something like that. And Harley was great! She showed me multiple different units to help me figure out which size I needed. We did all the paperwork in the office and it was very fast and efficient! She answered all of my questions. 10/10 service.

Harley offered excellent customer service. Certainly a five-star experience. She was very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions In detail. She was professional and very pleasant. This is the place to go if you want superb customer service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The store manager Harley went above and beyond to help with my move. I have severe OCD and she completely understood my point of view and took her time finding the best unit for me. The facility is very clean and that’s A+ too. The other guys seems ok but he had a little odor to him so I kept my distance.

I will never use any other company since my experience with extra space storage. The cleanliness , staff, and amazing rate prices sold me. Each person I’ve recommend has had just as much peace of mind too. Kevin at the Milford location made the process so easy and showed us a few units prior and everything was done within a few short minutes. Thanks for all your help Kevin you were awesome.
