  Overall, the experience was good. My only feedback would be for the guys to be careful with certain furniture that they damaged. The only other issue I have is when the work was finished. I gave each guy $50 tip and there was five guys. Their supervisor made a comment to me and stated that a tip should be $100 a person not sure if their bosses are paying them good enough due to the fact that he got so upset of a $50 tip that I gave each of them.   Amazing! For the first time ever we can say this moving company was absolutely fantastic. From getting a quote to the actual move, it was easy, straightforward and stress free. Jeremiah and Audy were careful, polite, professional and efficient. If you’re looking for movers, we highly recommend them , we’ve used Good Greek before and they were absolutely horrible. They damaged and lost some of our stuff. Our Family Movers were the exact opposite and our move was perfectly executed. Thank you Our Family- we will be referring everyone to you and will be life long customers.

  The experience was pretty flawless overall. Communication upfront with Jon was great, and their customer service is excellent. I had to pay a $100 deposit to secure the booking, which was fine. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected. Three guys showed up all super polite and friendly, which I really appreciated.   We had a great experience with Our Family Moving Company and would definitely recommend them. We were expecting two movers, so it was a pleasant surprise when they sent three, which made the process even smoother. Luis C., Gerson, and Paul were punctual, professional, and very timely throughout the move. They also helped us pack a few last-minute small items, asked all the right questions, and made sure we were able to guide them on where everything should go once we arrived at our new place. Overall, they made the moving process much easier and we really appreciated their help!

  I had an excellent experience working with Jeremiah and Ryan. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire move. They showed up right on time, came fully prepared, and immediately made the process feel organized and stress-free.
