  This is the second time that I used new chapters moving company for my move. I highly recommend them! They are awesome! They show up on time, they wrap all of your furniture so that nothing gets damaged or scratched. They moved me from a three bedroom home into another three bedroom home the first time. This time they move me from a three bedroom home into a one bedroom apartment that included one stop at a storage unit to store extra furniture. My total move took no more than 4 1/2 hours and that included them having to carry furniture up two flights of stairs to the third floor. They break d…

  Giorgi was extremely professional. We had just bought new furniture and they treated each piece with great care and respect. Each piece was unattached, wrapped, stacked neatly, the unloaded, reinstalled, and trash hauled off. We had Georgi come by and give us a quote and he was spot on. I even requested them to stop by my storage unit and unload that and they did. On our very stressful day they were exceptional. If we ever move again I would definitely use them again.

  Amazing! Brandon & David were absolutely amazing. I’m a single parent and needed assistance that wouldn’t break the bank since moving is so costly to begin with. Not only were they so polite, but they were SUPER fast. I have used moving companies in the past but this was awesome. Nothing damaged either. I will definitely be using them if needed in the future. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable company with amazing prices.

  Brandon & Adam were fast, thorough and very sufficient. Having used a different company in the past who didn’t pack my items securely I was a little scared going with a new company but from start to finish new chapters was great. Calling in for rates was smooth with Glen (I believe that’s her name) who helped me book and followed up multiple time prior to my move. The guys came in and got everything under my estimated time I will definitely be using them in the future!

  Brandon, David, and Joseph were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and treated my belongings with respect. They even put my Christmas decorations away in the garage up on super high shelves without asking and set my lamps on my nightstand. Simple but thoughtful touches!
