  They cancelled 30 mins before the moving was supposed to start. We rescheduled for the following day, they arrived an hour and 15 mins late. When the moving was complete, I paid and they left. When I walked back into the house I noticed my dinning room table had been damaged (in a very obvious place)- no one bothered to report it to me which really bothered me. I will say, their pricing is very fair & the team is efficient.

  I booked them based on the reviews. Now overall I had a good experience but it wasn’t excellent. I really didn’t appreciate how they said they offer disassembly and reassembly of beds. They left the beds for the super last thing to do (moving from and to) and they didn’t disassemble anything. They loosened the beds and then when the beds were delivered, they did not reassemble them tightly. My daughter’s bed was not properly reassembled and when I asked the man to fix it, he still didn’t. My own bed wasn’t properly fastened and they lost a screw. I had to fix both my bed and my daughter’s bed.…

  I had an outstanding experience with the two movers who helped me today. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my belongings. They handled everything with great care, making sure nothing was damaged, and they worked quickly without ever rushing or cutting corners. What really stood out was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. They were friendly, communicative, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy.   I had a fantastic experience with Promovers! Eugene, Eugene, and Dennis were incredibly professional, super fast, and handled all my belongings with great care.
