  I was disappointed by a couple things;1) while moving my sofa out of my office , it got stuck in the doorway. They didn't think to take the door off until i saw the sofa stuck there. They damaged the paint on the door (doors are 4 years old). They got the paint from my garage and let the paint drip all over my hardwood floor and had left it there until I noticed it and had them remove it. 2) they had “finished” , were paid and had left but later I found 3 cabinets and a drawer full of things.   Showing up when you say you will is very big with us, and Wm C Huff did just that. The were organized, efficient, and provided a scratch-free on-site service. The support staff was always available and willing to help. Highly recommended.

  The Huff staff was efficient, professional with expert packing and handling expertise. This is my fourth time using them and cannot recommend highly enough.

  We received excellent customer service! We moved items from Naples Florida to NY. They communicated with us during this process, everyone we spoke to was very professional and everything arrived in perfect condition.   Had a double wall oven we were looking to get packaged - at a reasonable rate - for transport and William Huff delivered (as always!). Everything from the initial contact with Christian to talk about options and estimates, to the actual packing and delivering by Raven and Tay - extremely happy and would definitely recommend as THE preferred mover in the Naples area.
