  Superior communication! Timely delivery. Went above and beyond! I had a fantastic experience renting a unit while we had our ceilings and floors remodeled. I booked this on a weekend evening not expecting any communication until Monday, but within 10 minutes I was talking to a human (a luxury in this day and age,) confirming and offering support for best practices regarding the task at hand and my preferred orientation when they delivered it later that week. The unit arrived today and is clean and ready to be loaded! Highly highly recommended!

  UNITS of Sarasota was outstanding from start to finish. They are locally owned and operated and it shows in the level of care and service.   Fantastic moving experience! I had originally booked with PODS but their delivery date was 6 days after my move in so I decided to switch to UNITS and I’m so glad I did! Not only did they beat the PODS price but they drove my stuff up the same day so I didn’t have to wait a week for my stuff to arrive. All of my communication with them was extremely positive and the driver Louis was perfectly punctual and respectful. They really helped take the stress out of my move and I was happy to be supporting a local company. I highly recommend choosing them for your move!

  I cannot recommend Zach highly enough. During an incredibly stressful time for my family, he stepped in and provided exceptional service while helping us move my mothers belongings out of her apartment. My mother's currently in the hospital at this time, and we were dealing with very last-minute circumstances. Despite the urgency and emotional weight of the situation, Zach remained patient, compassionate, and extremely professional throughout the entire process.
