  Tl;dr DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I hired Pinky’s Moving Service for close to $5,000 to pack my apartment in Tallahassee and move my items to Atlanta. The owner came to my place and walked the space, taking notes as he looked in every drawer, cabinet, closet, under the bed and outside. It was very important to me to use a Black or woman-owned local business, but this was the biggest mistake of the year. This is probably my 20th move and the shortest distance, as I’ve moved across the US and overseas several times, but this is the WORST MOVE EVER. I wasn’t present for the move because of a death…

  I have used this company not once but twice in the past 5 years , both times the owner came to my house personally and made me feel confident in their ability to move my house each time. His company moved my 5 bedroom, 4900 square house in Warner Robins with no issues. They took down several 70 and 80 inch tv and other wall decor and also took the extra time to spackle the holes. I strongly recommend Pinky’s for a quality move.

  I cried after i saw all my stuff on the storage. This is so unacceptable and make you angry after all your house stuff treated this way. I told them so clearly that pls careful all belonging. But still they dont really care. They pack my stuff like a trash with no care. Put bed side table on the top of new washing machine then put box then put plastic totes. Whos in the right mind doing that. I have a China dish since 1942 that mother in law gave that treat like just a trash. All the cabinet has no handles and brackets so devastating.   Called last minute for movers and was booked right away. Flat rate with plenty of hands on deck for moving day made it quick and easy. Owner responds to calls and texts quickly.
