  I had an outstanding experience with Brooks Moving from start to finish. Ivana in sales was excellent—clear communication, responsive, and everything she promised was delivered exactly as discussed. That level of professionalism upfront made the whole process feel organized and stress-free. On moving day, Deon, Cade, and Carlton were incredible.   Ronnie, Davian & Jonathan were absolutely the BEST movers we have ever used! They were fast, smart, kind and handled ALL our furniture/boxes as if they were their own! And they went beyond & above to remove all of our ‘junk’ furniture & stuff. 1000% only use Brooks moving company if you’re in Jupiter, Palm Beach area (& however far they travel;).   I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brooks Hauling & Moving. I paid for a full-service move, including packing, and the crew was unprofessional from the moment they arrived. The movers spent an excessive amount of time on their phones instead of focusing on the job. It quickly became apparent that they lacked the experience and attention to detail expected from a professional moving company. One of the movers had a negative attitude throughout the entire move.   Brooks did the pickup for my international move to Ireland, and will do the transport on my contents to the Port of Elizabeth,NJ to meet up with a container going to Dublin. The pickup was handled on time and very smoothly. I want to specifically acknowledge the move team of Chris Moroney (Lead) and Richard Tweedy, who were wonderful to deal with. They were hard working, safely packed my goods, and very efficient (it only took an hour and a half for my pickup including all the international paperwork).   We had Jimmie, Quinn and Richard as our team, we feel so lucky! They were so professional, on time, efficient, kind, accommodating and every other positive adjetive you can use. The entire experience was flawless and positive. We would definitely recommend and use Brooks moving again and we would request this dynamic team. We will miss them!
