Edit for clarity : The expectation was not for movers to label individual boxes. The expectation is that they label furniture. 2 bedrooms had the same bed but different sizes. They had to take extra time to figure out what parts matched which bed. In my experience movers use color coded tabs to ensure each rooms furniture is easily identified instead of having ask about every item. Original post: I've moved 4 times since 2013. SCAM! This company is a scam! I wouldn’t even rate them a one star. They do all of the smooth talking and making things sound so wonderful for your move until the move happens. They are polite and communicate with you until they get your money. After they get your money they could care less about what’s really happening with your move, they don’t care if things get broke or if things are not matching the reservation. They change things day of and there is nothing you can do about it. After they take your money, you can only talk to AI, a real person never calls you again and all the problems w…
