Ivan was excellent!! Very good communication with pickups and delivery. Was helpful with placing the POD exactly where I needed it. Explained how to create a new order once I scheduled my final pickup. I will be keeping the POD for a future project on my property. Thanks Ivan you are the best dude!! Stay safe.

I had an excellent experience with my PODS delivery today. Ivan, my delivery driver, provided great service and made sure everything was delivered smoothly and professionally. He also took the time to explain how the pod worked, including how to properly secure the lock and how far I should pack my items inside. He made sure I understood that if the pod was packed too tightly, I could have an issue opening it later, which I really appreciated. Roger did an incredible job delivering our pod. It was delivered to a townhome with low growing trees and not much room to maneuver. He was able to assess the situation and surroundings, come up with a safe game plan to position the pod and took his time to ensure no damage to the existing property, bushes and flower beds. He explained step by step what he was going to do which helped assure me he knew how to handle such a tricky placement. Gary was awesome! He was very conscientious and careful with our POD as well as making sure to not get any scratches on our driveway. He also stayed to make sure we were able to open the POD door (which we had a little difficulty opening initially). I packed it myself (not professionally) and had it shipped across the country and nothing was broken. I was very happy with the customer service and overall experience.

We have used pods for so many moves and I have had several delivery people but hands down Ivan & Bobby are amazing. You can tell they have great experience with getting the pods where you need them. This is the first time we have had pods with wood inside of them and I will say I don't like them like I like the other kind because they are harder to pack in but that's no fault to the delivery guys.
