I had a very disappointing experience with Best Deal Movers LLC and would not recommend their services. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I was assured during booking that everything would be handled smoothly, but that was not my experience. Prior to the move, I had to follow up to get a corrected Certificate of Insurance required by my condo. On moving day, the movers first said they would arrive early, then were delayed due to a truck issue, arriving about 1.5 hours late. I needed to get my pool table moved asap once I sold the property. This was a very times-sensitive project that needed to get done within a day. Best Movers were very accommodating with mobilizing their employees in a hurry. The lead guy named Kevin was professional and respectful. Even being respectful to my mother, who was allowing me to store the pool table in her home since I reside in another state. She was very impressed with him. Jordan’s crew was excellent they moved my mother out of a home that she live in for 20 years into a new home 45 min down the rode. They took care of all belongings and got done in great timing
