  I have used Serna for 4 moves now and they have been absolutely immaculate with moving everything without a scratch. They carefully wrap everything during the move to make sure nothing scuffs. This last time they actually fixed my sit/stand desk which wasn’t working prior to the move. Thank you Eric and Ana and the rest of the crew! You’ve safely carried all my stuff across the city and although I’m hoping this is my final place to set my roots down, I’ll definitely recommend y’all to anyone looking for moving services!

  YOU will not be disappointed! They are so kind and considerate on a personal level. They exceeded my expectations! They are efficient and fairly priced. I felt like they're my family! I moved from Roswell, GA to NW Iowa. They moved a 2,600 square foot house in less then 3 hours. They took the time to wrap everything thing or boxed my tvs and giant artwork. So polite, courtesy, efficient, trustworthy and professional!!

  I’ve used SERNA ELITE Movers (Ana and Erik) more times than I can count in the last few years and every time the team has provided a 5-star service! Ana’s level of customer service is A1 and Erik’s and team care of our items from consult to move day has always been superb! Nothing has ever been broken or damaged under their watch. The team is always punctual, accommodating, and honest. Never have I been met with tardiness, hidden charges, excuses, or fees. If you’re looking for a Top Tier moving company, SERNA ELITE Movers is the way to go.

  From start to finish the guys at Serna Elite Movers were efficient and very professional. My furniture was meticulously wrapped and packed and I felt completely at ease with the whole process. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

  SERNA helped pick up three very large pieces of furniture from 2 different locations and delivered it to my home with care! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and carried themselves in a very professional and pleasant manner. I’ve dealt with “big name” movers in the past to great disappointment, but with SERNA, I had a COMPLETELY different experience! Will be using them again for future moves.
