  I had the pleasure of working with Mike, Tra, and Reggie. They did an amazing job. They got the furniture in and out. They were very nice, very communicative. And they handled everything with care, even covering and wrapping my items. Good Guys is a great choice to get your things moved.

  The initial interaction started out smooth while scheduling my move with Mike, but things quickly went downhill once the movers arrived. Before even moving one piece of furniture, the crew leader mentioned giving them a tip, which rubbed me the wrong way. I normally tip anyway, but asking upfront felt unprofessional. One of the movers also used my bathroom and left it in terrible condition. When we arrived at the destination, one of my lamps was already damaged, but I let it go at the time.   Stay away from this company. They are also associated with elite moving company of phoenix co. I was on the third floor and they sent three guys to move my stuff. The guys they sent wanted to move all of my stuff on a dolly. Stuff like tv consoles that should be carried. One of the guys kept letting the dolly bang all the way down the two flight of stairs. He wanted to bang my tv console down the stairs and I said no. He pitched fit about carrying my dresser down the stairs. He said it was heavier than the tv console- which I knew wasn’t true.   Recently moved from Macon to Decatur. Move went fast and smooth. No issues. Very pleased. Can't remember the name of the 2 guys but they were friendly, fast, and efficient. They deserve a raise!! Would most definitely recommend them and this company for future moves.

  I’m giving these guys a 4 star because my husband and I have accumulated a lot of stuff over the years and I knew this would not be an easy job. They worked hard. All of our items could not fit in the truck. I stressed to Ben several times there was a lot of boxes and furniture. There are items left behind but the problem I have is the guys left an $800 Egg Grill on the side of my house. Not behind the gate but in front of the gate by my trash can.
