Highly recommend Falcon Moving! We hired them to pack our 2 br apartment. From the quoting/estimate process to their crew actually showing up, they were very communicative and upfront. Alex and Tim arrived on time and got to work right away. They were friendly and made sure to confirm we didn’t need anything before packing it up. They handled all our items carefully and labeled all the boxes. We have a cat and they were very accommodating to her still being there while they packed things up. They were awesome! I’ve used Falcon Moving before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My wife is pregnant, so we intentionally paid extra for their full packing + moving service to make this as seamless and low-stress as possible. We were booked for a straightforward 2-bedroom apartment move with elevator access, and what we got instead was the opposite of a “full-service” experience. The packing team on Friday took longer than expected, but that's not the end of the world, as they did good work. Falcon Moving did an excellent job with our recent move. The team was professional, hardworking, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to ensure nothing was damaged. Their estimate was accurate, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. Communication leading up to and during the move was clear and reliable, which made the entire process much less stressful. My experience with the movers themselves was great! They worked fast and took good care of my belongings while moving. Everything from scheduling to unloading the last box went smooth. They also communicated well. Everyone was very professional, from the sales tech to the crew. The only reason for the 3/5 stars is due to the invoice being significantly higher than the original quote. I would use their services again in the future however.
