Nicole was very thorough, taking pictures and detailed notes to ensure everything was accounted for. Their estimate was extremely reasonable, so we decided to move forward with them. We had an excellent experience with the leadership and moving team at American Moving & Storage. From planning stages to the ‘big day’ we carefully coordinated all the details of our move, and it proved to be a success. They visited both sites and ensured that they understood all the possible challenges and worked out logistics beforehand for any difficult items. Nicole does not Promise what she says she will do to complete her tasks. She puts blame on any potential client for the reason why she does not reach out. When I wanted to reserve a date and be put on a waitlist for any earlier availability, she canceled my original date. It is May and I can clearly tell she doesn’t want to do business because she says there’s no availability now until August. If a manager can read this, please take a look if there is no availability until then for just moving one bedroom. She clearly does not want to work.
