They didn't care about packing anything with any sort of care. Dumped my wife's books and art supplies into boxes, shoved screwdrivers into the box with my TV (screen facing the screwdrivers), and were generally rude for the 15 hours it took them to pack.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever experienced with a military move. All 3 phases, packing, loading, and unloading were terrible experiences. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If this is your provided contract for a PCS move, reach out to the coordinator and BEG to have them switch companies. The packers were 3 hours late and only stayed for an hour and a half on day 1. The following day they showed up 2 hours late and proceeded to dump, toss, and throw all of my household goods into random boxes with little to no effort put into trying to organize or safeguard any of my…

Worst experience I have ever witnessed from a moving company. They treat military personnel as if you mean nothing to them. The staff are super super lazy. The company only send 2 staff members and on top of that the staff got mad because me and my wife didnt help them lift or bring anything into our home. If you are military personnel please ask the transportation office to not schedule Coastal moving company as your schedule moving company if your are about to PCS to another installation.
