The office staff and my liaison ( Liane Joaquin) were excellent, great customer service, received responses to my questions usually on same day or next day! In addition, the movers were prompt, professional, friendly, and worked all day with little breaks! Our goods were shipped interisland with very little damage , nothing worth noting. It was great working with the Oahu team too! Received calls to confirm appointments, movers arrived on time! Oahu office also could give me an ETA for my shipment so I could book my interisland flights in advance. Overall, wonderful experience!! Thank you Roya…

From beginning to end my experience with Royal Hawaiian Movers was like Ohana taking care of each other. I was exceptionally grateful for the Jaden and Brian the crew from the Keaau office who unloaded our family koa furniture with care and respect and placed them right where I wanted them. Since 2014, I have always hired Royal Hawaiian Movers to move my Ewa Beach home HHG and my Wahiawa condo HHG to Extra Space Storage Hilo, many times. Super Service, NO KA OI! Again, want to hire them to move HHG from my Noelani Loop Hilo 96720 home to South Koing St & Kalakaua soonest May 2026. Await reply for estimate. ALOHA, MO TILTON-ECKOLS

Very happy with their EZ-Move service. The Hilo/Keaau RHM office and warehouse staff were excellent - organized, friendly, and helpful - which made for a quick and smooth pick-up.
