Oir move with Royal Hawaiian was terrific, we had a full pack and crating of household items scheduled for a 3 bedroom/2000 square ft home. Nino, Jaypee and Rey showed up on time, with the correct materials, and ready to handle our specialty items, and were courteous with everything from where they parked their truck to how they dealt with me and my furniture. Every item was carefully wrapped/packed and sealed into crates for overseas shipment, and they were incredibly quick and efficient..l highly recommend them!

Our best move in my husband’s 20 year military career. We moved from Honolulu to San Diego in May of 2025, packed and loaded by Royal Hawaiian Movers. The pre-move inspection was the first indication this move was going to be done professionally. Our inspector, Andrew, was amazing and spent time walking through our home and asking questions about our high value items and anything that needed special crating. Warning: Avoid Hawaii Moving Pros in Honolulu – Classic Bait-and-Switch We hired Hawaii Moving Pros in Honolulu after speaking with Chris a week ago. We accepted their quoted price, paid a deposit, and confirmed everything again the day before the move. On move day (May 9, 2026), Foreman Barak Segal showed up, looked at our items, and immediately demanded a 20% price increase. He said it was because he had to walk to the loading dock and do professional wrapping on our buffet and artworks. RHM provided a great pack out for when I was moving off island. I also shipped a motorcycle, but it was damaged in transit due to not being properly strapped down. Ratchet straps were tied off, and not ratcheted down. There were no ratchet straps on the handle bars and there wasn’t much material to hold it steady. The mirror was busted off, and now may have a drive train issue due to resting on the drive train cover. I took the pictures immediately after the the crate was opened. Jesus, Lawrence, and Makana were absolutely amazing when moving our things. They made it really easy and were patient even when having 2 kids in the way. Highly recommend them for whoever is moving.
