My entire experience was filled with Aloha! From my first visit to my last. Chris (Kris? Female Hawaiian) was amazing, totally looked to help me out if possible and a great service attitude. Excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is always clean and well organized, which creates a great sense of trust from the moment you arrive. I’d especially like to highlight Jessica, who is very kind, responsible, and highly driven. She consistently makes sure everything is in top condition and meets the expectations any customer would have. Her attention and professionalism truly make a difference. Definitely a service I recommend.

Cris was exceptionally professional and very helpful in explaining everything that was important to me about renting this storage space. She went out of her way to make the process smooth and easy! I know that she will be there to help should I encounter any issues in the future. I was very impressed with her knowledge and demeanor! She is a credit to the company!

if wish my space were a bit less costly. Outside of that is the fact that ES customer service is exceptional. These guys at this facility embody the Aloha spirit 1000%. What a great world it would be if everyone took their jobs seriously and did them with the profesionalism that ES employees do without fail.

Amazing staff at this location. Especially the manager, Jess. She goes above and beyond to help. She relates to her customers during very difficult times and finds a way to calm and assist them through it all. This location just experienced a lot of flooding and was overwhelmed with concerned people trying to make sure their belongings were okay, Jess and Khris were the faces that helped them all. I was able to watch them navigate these tough times for 2 weeks and walked away knowing this site was in good hands.
