Excellent service! No need to check with anybody else, Royal Hawaiian Movers is the place to call. Everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. Everything was put in the proper room. I was trying to ship a motorcycle from Kona to Oahu. I hear a lot of horror stories about people's bikes getting damaged during shipping (not from Royal Hawaiian movers, just in general) so I was nervous the whole time. I figured it would probably suffer a few scratches and it couldn't be helped. When I went to pick it up, it was crated and wrapped exceptionally. It actually took a while to unwrap. Not a single scratch on the bike. Shipping through them was worth every penny. Big thank you to Arnold and his team! Found out Arnold rode motorcycles too, so he definitely understands wantin…

Pros: the guys who showed up to lug stuff really tried hard. They were polite and didn't quit until the job was done. Cons: delivery was 6 days late. Given the size of our family, and where we were landing, that proved to be a big problem. Cons: cost. Given how much more expensive RH was than the competition, I expected them to be more organized and, you know, on time.

Engaged Royal Hawaiian Movers to move our 2 bdrm condo on Ali'i Drive July 23, 2025. They arrived On Time and had all the necessary tape, moving blankets, dolly's and equipment to do a completely safe and efficient job. They completed the cross-town move within 3 hrs. Clean, courteous, punctual. The right choice.

After considering four different Kona-area moving concerns, we hired the company only on approx. April 24, with an expected move on April 29th. It entailed the contents of a two-story, 3-br townhome with some heavy, bulky upper and lower lanai stuff (all the large items - we would handle all the kitchen, bathroom, and pantry items) going to a smaller house Regina and staff worked with us, and when the 29th became problematic for us, they were able to shift the move date to May 1st, which helped us tremendously.
