Premises are well cared for. When I've been there to get things or put things in my storage unit I have noticed the staff doing security checks as well as maintaining the walk ways. Frank is friendly and helpful with billing/payments and any inquiries I've had.

The woman who took my call explained the process really well and she was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to sign my lease in under 10 minutes. However, when I went to put my things in storage this morning, they were supposed to provide a lock inside, but It was missing. There was no one working in the office until 9:30am, so I had to find a hardware store and buy a lock before my flight took off. I am awaiting a refund for the lock that was not provided.

Rented a unit at the Kīhei location on Maui, oddly enough there wasn’t an operating lock in there but instead a broken one. I sent them a email to let them know what was going on, not seeking any form of compensation. Frank called the following day and expressed his apologies and kept insisting he would do something for me. Great customer service from the Manager Frank. I’ve never been disappointed with ExtraSpace and this is one of the reasons why. Mahalo Frank!
