We recently hired Hero Movers for our move from our townhouse to our newly purchased home and we were very happy with their service. I had an incredible experience with Hero Moving! The quote process was so easy allowing me to submit a video of my space for them to inventory followed by a highly communicative process to correct and optimize the inventory list along with live updating price quotes. Cannot emphasize enough how easy they made my move. I opted to pack my own stuff, even though they have their own packing services and I am confident they would have taken great care of my things, which saved lots of money. The movers showed up to our condo, which is on one of the highest floors in the building. They had to come up from the basement garage and through an alley, so there were some unforeseen logistical challenges, but they handled everything flawlessly. They were very professional, worked efficiently without wasting any time packing things up (which I really appreciated), and nothing was broken. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!
