This place is predatory and extremely dishonest. We rented a truck to pickup a television for my parents while visiting them from U-Haul. We went to Costco and directly back to their condo where there was secure parking and then back to U-Haul to drop it off. Never was the truck out of our sight. They have you electronically sign the agreement on a signature pad with no explanation or discussion of needing to do a walk around and prior to them even assigning you a vehicle. 20 minutes after we left when we were already half way home received a text message that we needed to do a walk around p…

If you can avoid it don't use this U-Haul location. They tacked on insurance when I never asked for it. I asked for a refund they assured me they would take care of that. They did not do a refund I had to chase the corporate office to get a refund after the kahului store assured me they would refund the insurance coverage that I had never asked for. The management here is dishonest I would be very careful of all transactions you do at this location!

This location canceled my cargo van reservation less than twenty minutes before the appointed pickup time. This cancellation occurred despite confirmation by phone with a store representative, who infact advised me that there were no issues with my reservation roughly thirty minutes prior to pickup. They followed this with a phone call explaining that all cargo vans were unavailable. All representatives I spoke with were cordial. Heed this incident as you will. I'll be keeping an eye out for the $50 guarante credit, due to this cancellation by this Uhaul location.

Check in was smooth and the girls were very polite and helpful. Upon my return I was greeted and again they were polite and friendly.
