Update : On may 30 2026 I called secure storage and let them know I’m moving out before the 1st of next month so I don’t get charge for another month or any pro rated . The guy over the phone canceled my lease . He told me I got till the 31st to move my things out and even if I came in on the 1st I would not get charged . So we moved out are things on the 30 & 31st and cleared out the storage approx around 2-3 pm . Later on that day at 630 I got a text saying my lock was still in the unit storage when I took out my lock . So I was like what is going on . They sent me 2 pictures of my unit numb…

1 star. They took my money. Rain took my inventory. SecureSpace took zero responsibility. Let me be direct: this facility failed at the one job a storage unit is supposed to do. Keep. Things. Dry. I stored over $150,000 worth of business inventory here — including rare Hawaiian koa wood, restored furniture, and meticulously prepared items I had spent months and years cleaning, documenting, restoring, and staging for a May 2 grand opening.
