Update : On may 30 2026 I called secure storage and let them know I’m moving out before the 1st of next month so I don’t get charge for another month or any pro rated . The guy over the phone canceled my lease . He told me I got till the 31st to move my things out and even if I came in on the 1st I would not get charged . So we moved out are things on the 30 & 31st and cleared out the storage approx around 2-3 pm . Later on that day at 630 I got a text saying my lock was still in the unit storage when I took out my lock . So I was like what is going on . They sent me 2 pictures of my unit numb…

I own my own business and I need tools on the go. Secure Space Mililani is very convenient for me to pick up and drop off tools before and after work because of their hours. I’ve used them in the past when I moved and my favorite part about it here is the climate control. Very cool for a storage place, it doesn’t feel like work, not to mention no matter which building my locker was located it was less than my driveway. 1 star. They took my money. Rain took my inventory. SecureSpace took zero responsibility. Let me be direct: this facility failed at the one job a storage unit is supposed to do. Keep. Things. Dry.
