  Great customer service and timely communication. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Layla on coordinating HHG delivery and dunnage pickup. She was so patient in educating me in the processes and ensured that we were properly informed. We had Trey, Anthony, Chris, Sky, Jonah, and Leofa for our delivery crew. They went careful and efficient in unpacking and assembling furniture. Trey was the primary who led by example.   Military move here & This place unpacked our household goods and I RECOMMEND TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They arrived with three teenage boys and an old man looking over them. They didn’t unpack almost anything and took almost all day to build beds , and tried to leave without finishing and once we said something they started arguing in front of us. We still have multiple items needing to be unpacked and built. Multiple boxes & gym equipment , I could go on. Please stop being lazy oh and one of the workers asked my husband for a tip.   We thought this was going to be a great experience using this company PCSING from Hawaii to Colorado The three gentlemen were polite. We bought them coffee, breakfast and Gatorade because they were working so hard and quickly. This was day 1.Day 2 they seemed to take many more breaks and moved slower though it was less to pack. Okay, still not a big deal. We thought it was a tad off they literally took apart EVERYTHING in our house. I even asked, should you be taking all that apart, it was packed like that moving to Hawaii. They assured us that was the way it should be done and to not worry.…

  They were all professional and took care of my stuff. They didn’t skimp on protecting anything either, even my big stuff was well wrapped. I had a motorcycle and it stayed upright and secure the whole time. Made unpacking at the new place easy. Only bad thing was they will literally wrap anything, I had an appliance that had water In it and they wrapped the entire thing, so don’t forget to empty stuff like that. In all, I took care of them so they took care of me essentially.

  I was assigned this company for a military move last month. On day 1, they were late to arrive. I decided to let that go as I know times are super busy for moving companies. However, when the three man team arrived I was immediately concerned. The team that came did a walk around the house with me and acted completely blown away by the amount of stuff we had. The estimated has been 6,000lbs. They kept insisting that we had easily 12-13lbs of stuff. I disagreed and told them we had, at the max, 7500 (which turned out to be accurate by the company's weight check). What followed was a two day pa…
