  Scheduling was very easy- the receptionist sent over a quote to my email, if I liked it I was able to “accept” the quote and then it was scheduled. The men showed up on time, they were kind & professional. I would definitely use this company again!

  I wanted to shout out Valley Custom Moving for doing an excellent job moving out storage unit in Meridian to Emmett ID. They are professional, take pride in what they do, took care of our Stuff, and they do go the extra mile. We had to go to another storage place to pick up an item, and Valley Custom said no problem and were ready to do anything we asked. They took care in unloading wherever we wanted the items to go. No extra charges for protective blankets, like I hear other companies charge. Overall, 10* rating for me. Thank you for a job well done, The Rockwell’s Need to expand to Alaska.

  Showed up 15 minutes early for scheduled move out date. Team of Conner, Phabian & Joey worked like a machine & had us wrapped & loaded in three hours, after we had everything boxed. Was expecting up to six hours. Asked to have large screen TV bixed & loaded, but forgot to bring box. Corrected the order & had TV boxed & loaded two hours later. Good start to move. Sean & Michael delivered our furniture to AZ. Had a late arrival & ran out of time. Finished unloading early the next morning. Worked hard in 100+ degree heat. Great price for work performed.   If you moving to Idaho from CA read this. We received several quotes. Most were large Van lines that take multiple moves to fill a truck. Some even charge for shuttle service between where the storage is set to the final move destination. Valley moving brought two trucks from ID to CA. It was only our move. The guys communicated well. Our move had two moves one from the storage unit and then to our apartment. The move was extremely smooth. Not a single issue and nothing was broken. The crew was amazing.   Did a good amount of research on local moving companies while we were moving from Meridian to Middleton and eventually chose Valley Custom Moving, and I'm very happy with how things went. Connor, Austin, Zach, and Joey were professionals from the start. We got a heads up when they were on their way, they arrived on time, they adjusted plans when I threw a surprise stop their way, handled all of our stuff with care. It wasn't an easy move.
