What a great company. From start to finish the experience was positive. Communication was consistent and clear. Our furniture was packed with great care and both the loading and unloading teams were strong, pleasant, upbeat, hardworking, efficient and professional. So my brother had a POD shipped to his new place in Hayden while he finishes up selling his house out of state. Unfortunately, some things had shifted in the POD and jammed the door badly. The guys were coming Wed morning (6/25/2025) to unpack and POD guys were coming the next day to pick it up, so a delay getting it opened and unpacked would cost extra moving guy money and costly delays with the POD itself. Outstanding team —Jay and Haden were quick to respond and patient as I called them multiple times with various questions. My move was scheduled a month in advance to take place on the heels of an off-grid vacation. I had complete peace of mind while away that they would follow-through. On move day, a strong, experience team arrived on time and with a BIG truck.
