  This is the best way to move. You pack and load, so you know you're the only one who's touched your items. I used half of a 28 ft trailer. It made for a stress free trip not having to drive a moving truck. The trailer was delivered to us 4 calendar days after we arrived and only 2 casualties. Probably our fault. I'll definitely use Upack again as we have another move coming next year. I also love that there aren't any surprise charges.

  My husband and I were making a small move from Las Vegas Nevada to Pocatello Idaho and we found this to be an awesome way to take care of business. The pod was delivered quickly. It was a nice size for us to manage by ourselves. We had everything we wanted, packed and loaded within two days, it was shipped and we received it four days later and had it unloaded and 30 minutes. It was well worth the money. We would do it again. There was constant updates between us and the company so we knew what was happening and when it was happening.

  U-pack was amazing to work with. The stuff was friendly and helpful all the way. They are honest and friendly and they don’t charge you if you don’t use the whole pod. I have nothing but just good things to say about them. The pod got here earlier than the estimated time. And the price is so reasonable compared to other companies I checked out. Top notch service! I highly recommend them.

  I recently moved across the state. I had contacted several moving companies and looked into the traditional moving trucks (U-Haul and Budget). U-Pack was by far the best value for the money. They park the trailer part of a tuck in front of your house for a few days and you load it. This is great if you have family and friends to help. In my case I really didn't, so I hired some help from a local company. It's not quite a 5-star company because the communication was a bit lacking (you can't reach anyone on the weekend), and the ramps used to load the truck are somewhat scary. Also, after…

  UPack was great! It was timely & reasonably priced. Great communication with the staff whenever we had a question. Two issues we ran into however. First, they would not deliver the trailer to our area. They simply said they don't deliver where we lived (maybe due to the mountain pass, but other truck trailers drive it). So we had to load a UHaul truck, drive it 50 miles and reload it into the UPack trailer. The second issue was finding a storage unit where the trailer could be left for 3 days.
