  I selected True North to move me from Moscow to Spokane. They were transparent on pricing, listened to my input regarding past moves, treated all my items with care (including moving a very heavy instrument), and moved me faster than any other mover previously. Very professional. I'd recommend them anytime.

  I've had to move myself previously with the help of family. But with my family getting older and health issues preventing moving heavy objects, movers were necessary this time (and likely from here on out). TrueNorth did an excellent job! I got approved for a two-bedroom apartment much quicker than I expected. Customer service is great, prices are reasonable, response times are great, and the movers are efficient.   My mother was moving from her Home of thirty nine years to senior living in another state. I called three local companies and had three separate bids. Jenn and Chandlers bid was by far the most reasonable but also they were the most personable and responsive. This move was extremely difficult for my Mom and the kindness, care and understanding that both the owner Chandler and Foreman Matt showed my Mom was impressive.   I had a phenomenal experience with Gabrielle, Nathan, Matt, and Jonathan. They went above and beyond to pack all of my belongings and transport them to a new house and unload everything for me. They are an excellent crew - very diligent, meticulous, and professional. It was the best moving experience I’ve ever had thanks to their team. I had some scheduling conflicts getting into my new house and the crew graciously accommodated the situation and ensured I was packed and in my new place in time. I 100% recommend True North for any packing and moving needs.

  True North did a great job for us. An excellent 3-man crew took care of loading up and moving our house into a storage unit 2 hours away. They were careful with fragile items and very organized when loading and unloading the truck. The whole crew was professional and thorough. Everything had a stable place in the truck and when it was put into storage so space wasn’t wasted and nothing was damaged.
