The Moscow office was very friendly and accommodating when your computer system was down for a whole day. On the other hand, handling of the aftermath of the shutdown by the 16th street location in Lewiston, Idaho and the corporate handling was terrible. Your system needs to be revamped and updated to avoid further chaos.

I rented a car hauler from here, great service at first but when I went to return the hauler after hours. They added a hidden fee of $20 to my tab. I wish they were more transparent and upfront about all costs rather then hiding them and screwing me. Just a fair warning ask plenty of questions before renting from this location. HEAVILY RECOMMEND DOING SO

Okay, stuff happens and it’s rough when you are stressed while moving. Alex Stephenson was great! He listened to our concerns and figured it out for us. Sometimes you need someone to think outside the box rather than quoting the book to you. Alex is an asset who cares. GO ALEX!

Great customer service! The store needed the truck back so gave me a generous discount to make it a round trip. It made the inconvenience seem worth it, like they valued my time.
