  Linda took care of my needs right away with great customer service. I was originally scheduled to pick up a 26' truck at another location, but that location didn't have it so they sent me to the Nampa location. Linda knew the situation by the time I got there and got me out in less than 5 mins. I returned the rental a day earlier and the gentlemen kindly received the truck. Overall great experience with this team!

  I went to U-Haul to get a hitch installed. Not only was the staff and owner very professional they were also prompt with my vehicle. In the end the owner came out to do a walk through on how to use the electrical equipment that was installed. Im so excited to use my new hitch for camping and hauling larger items. Thank you!!

  Parking for customers, I was informed the parking that is needed to enter your unit is concidered employee parking, If you ask them to move their truck they throw fit, Aaron was extremely unprofessional. Outside swearing and making comments about us asking him to move his truck, saying we made him move all around the county. We had been there for at least 30 mins waiting for him to move. So we could get the trailer in so we could load it. As he moved his truck he was revving his engine. He then went and help my friends load the trailer we needed.   Good people here. They are busy but they get things done when you get there. They have a great selection of rentals most the time.

  I was struggling with the sign in process a bit through the app and I went in and the two ladies inside were amazing! The lady at the counter took care of me and we had a wonderful conversation about her three dogs, and a few other things. A couple of minutes and bam bam bam I was out of there. :-) I ask her if I should have the insurance and she said it would be a good thing, so I did. The other lady was incredible, friendly, pulled our truck out, smiled and as we walked waived at us. I am sorry I cannot remember their names.
