This was our first time using U-Haul and we would definitely recommend their service to those in need of a moving truck. The online process of reserving the truck was easy and once I downloaded the app, I was able to finish the check-in process there. Once we arrived to pick up our truck, the staff was helpful and efficient. There were no surprises with fees or extra costs. When we pulled in to drop off the truck, there was already a staff member there waiting. Couldn't have had a better experience.

There are not enough words of gratitude or positive feedback that I can give to Daniel. I found myself in a pretty frustrating situation with another delivery service and I called Uhaul on a whim to see if there was any way I could possibly get a storage unit for 24 hours, and get something delivered to it...without being there. From start to finish, Daniel listened to my problem, empathized (when he didn't have to!), and was solution oriented. Today was the seventh time that I have rented from this location. It was perfect. The manager Daniel Kincaid has been so helpful that I cannot praise him any higher than excellent. I will definitely go back to this Uhaul.

Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.
