Do NOT use this company. Where do I begin? I’ve used them 3 times total. The first 2 times they were great however this most recent move has completely ruined my perspective. To start they were an hour late. We lived in a 3200 sq ft 4 bedroom house. Not a small place. And they brought a 4 man team with the same size truck as my prior moves. Ok fine whatever. Before they arrived I brought about 90% of everything in the house to the front room in order to expedite the process and save some money as they do not always reach the quoted price. Do not hire this company. I hired this company for my father's move from my home into his own apartment. I set the appointment up in advance and was given a time slot for Sunday 11/18/18 between 12:00pm-2:00pm. I received a call stating the movers would be at my home by 2:00pm. By 2pm no one had showed. The next time I heard from this company was at 4:00pm. I was told their moving truck broke down and they would not be able to come at all on this day. They offered me a $20 discount and said they could come the next day. This company promises a "anxiety-free" move according to their website and…

Hi, I just recently hired this company to move from Aurora to Plainfield, I mention it because it was relatively close, and they damaged some furniture. They wrap it very good, but they do not secured it on the truck and everything bounces around, if I can I will post some pictures.

I would like to thank the movers at Olympia Moving and Storage for working so arduous with my move. I know I used to be not a simple customer and everyone was so good to me the whole method through. Even after I was confused and possibly even a bit rude, you all have been so patient and sort to me 100% of the time. That makes you a very useful company. My move could not have gone better, except my stress ranges of course!

Yeah they’ve got the job done fast but they obviously need to care for their customers belongings broken furniture is not acceptable
