Planes Moving and Storage delivered our Saatva mattress and did a superb job. Kept us informed as to estimated delivery time via text and email. Once here the driver Osvaldo Fernandez and his assistant were very professional, yet friendly and respectful. It was the end of the day for them yet they cheerfully and efficiently delivered our bed and hauled the old one away. Good company with great employees.

Planes was one of our vendors at work (I'm in Operations) and they did a great job for us - which is why I hired them for my personal move from an apartment to a house. I knew they'd be pricey but, I thought, worth the money. They were not. I should have hired someone else. I had separated my boxes and furniture into 3 groups: basement, garage and upstairs bedroom. I told the crew lead and he said that was great. And then proceeded to completely disregard the information. My move was one block away where my friend would let them in to unload while I finished up in the apartment. But instead I…

Extremely Courteous, Professional, and Accommodating. They've always came threw for me no matter what type of moving or installation project I'm overseeing at the time. I've never had a project they couldn't handle from origin to destination. This includes commercial warehousing, delivery, staging, and installation. Thanks For Everything Planes Companies

If there were negative stars, I would give them MINUS 5. I showed up with 2 pallets at 8 a.m., but the guy at the office said my appointment was 9am. They made me sit at their lot for 1 hr despite the fact that all docks were open. Come by appointment ONLY, STRICTLY. Show up at the exact time, no minute less or more. Place is gated, but I guess you can pack along the street for overnight parking.. They open early, but receiving/shipping, i think, is from 9 am. Best of luck, truckers!!!

My seller using them for my order delivery but they never delivery as they promised. 4 hours window passed, not even a proper delay notice or a call from driver!! I had to call the seller and get transferred 3 times. This is the second time I have to reschedule! Edited: This is the third time I’ve had this experience! I got the driver’s name, waited all day for my stop, and then they just disappeared! What a joke! White gloves and planes need to really improve their customer service. They treated me like it was a joke! I’m canceling this service and never recommending it to anyone.
