The whole experience was nothing but pleasant. Communication is top notch, keeps you update for each and every activities at each steps. I never waited more than 1 min to talk to customer services. My goods from Chicago to NJ delivered within 3 days. I will definitely use and recommend this service in future.

I highly recommend the Pack trailer service. It is way cheaper than full-service movers, with flexibility over the size of your cargo, and honest and transparent pricing. Does your stuff take up more space than you thought? No problem, UPack offer s a clear and very reasonable rate if you use more space than expected. Even better, if you use less space, you get to pay less! Customer service staff was very clear and helpful, the trailer arrived on time for both loading and unloading, and the drivers were very courteous and helpful. My son moved from Michigan to San Diego in late June 2019 and U-Pack was hassle-free, always professional and on time!! It was a big move but everything worked perfectly. We even hired 2 movers via U-Pack in Michigan and then in San Diego and they also were on time and hard workers. Without a doubt, we would use them again!! I wish we could have shipped my son's car with U-Pack instead of hiring an auto shipping company. U-Pack is totally trustworthy, cost efficient and worry-free. Thanks U-Pack!!!!

AMAZING!!! Excellent from start to finish. U-Pack consultant Kevin got me the best rate possible to include a senior discount (AARP). I used the service center in Amarillo, Tx. The driver on site, Mike, was extremely helpful. I reserved 15 feet of 28 feet. I only used 9, so U-Pack only charged me for 9 not for the 15. The delivery driver, I believe his name is Will, handled the drop off extremely professionally. My move from Amarillo, Tx to the Chicago area was great thanks to U-Pack. Do the math. U-Pack will save you money and time.

Worked perfectly for me... loaded up my belongings in the Chicago suburbs and shipped them to a small town in the mountains in California. The email provided all needed details, the dispatchers were helpful, and the truck driver was great getting the trailer into a narrow driveway with lots of trees. I flew out to meet the trailer. It arrived on time and cost what they said it would. When we emptied it I called them and they picked it up promptly. Very positive experience.
