My partner set up a storage unit in Savoy to store some items while we moved. The unit will not open for us to retrieve our items. He’s called, emailed, chatted with customer service online and cannot get a response. There is never a live person available to speak with. We are continuing to be charged although we cannot access the unit. We’ve wanted to empty it and just close it out for months now. We have no idea how to resolve this since they are taking the money but ghosting us on getting access to the unit.

My experience has been great! The customer service team is very kind and helpful. There was an issue with the garage door on my original assigned unit not opening and it was resolved quickly by transferring me to a unit immediately and honoring the discount that was only offered on the original unit.

Barbie with Customer Service was so amazing! She was so helpful and patient, and she helped me make a booking when I struggled to do so on my own. We were on the phone for twenty minutes due to tech issues, but she was so sweet and kind the whole time, it didn’t feel long at all. I really appreciate her help and positive attitude.

Tried to reserve online but got an error message each time. I left a message, and someone called me back the next day. They said it must have been a glitch in the system. Was able to reserve online and get in right away. The unit was dusty and cobwebby but as advertised. There was a new padlock with three keys waiting for me inside when I opened the door—gave an extra star for that nice touch! The light did not turn on when I flipped the switch on. No office on-site, so I wonder if they will send a maintenance person to replace it. It’s very high up, so I would not be able to do it myself.
