I’m a long, long time UHaul customer all over the country. This place was totally redone a few years ago and it’s like the Taj Mahal of UHaul centers. Clean, organized, well lit and logically designed. Dramatic improvements over the old slag heap it replaced. The new operator and employees are far more customer friendly than the previous staff. I will definitely return to this location and a super shoutout to the young lady who helped me. Very impressive. Well done. No suggestions except keep it up!

Quick, easy, professional, was able to get a reservation on a walk in on the whim. Was able to make a simple call to extend the reservation when I needed. Store was clean and well organized. Only suggestion, get a couple chairs and a water cooler maybe so patrons who are waiting can sit. After a long two days of moving being able to sit down and drink a cold glass of water while I waited instead of stand on hard concrete would have been nice. Satisfied customer.

This was a great place to rent a truck. I even received a curious call from one of the associates (the one whose name I think started with a T) when I left something behind. It was minor, but the fact that she reached out to me about it just made me feel good, since she didn’t have to. So this is the place you want to rent from. Thanks for a great experience! Sean

If I could give negative stars, I would. In the past year, my fiancé have had multiple dealings with U-Haul. We've attempted to rent a truck several times and a storage unit. EVERY time, something happens last minute and they don't have the truck we RESERVED available. It is now Friday, mid-May. We've had a truck reserved for our move on 5/20 since FEBRUARY, and now we're told the University Avenue location doesn't have the vehicle we "reserved". This has happened every single time we've had to deal with them. On top of that, I tried to "reserve" a storage unit for my daughter months ago--for…

Great experience renting a cargo van here. The van was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. The staff were friendly and got me checked in and out quickly with no hassle. Super convenient location and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
