Quiet clean storage facility. Everything was generally good. My only complaints are that they keep adding on insurance charges even though I am covered under my homeowners insurance and repeatedly sent them that information and that there were occasionally issues charging my credit card. Still cheaper and more accessible than other indoor storage facilities in the area. They respond quickly though all contact is over the phone or computer.

I will never use this storage again. If you can rent from anywhere else ? Please do. You’ll regret it if you don’t. If I could put zero stars I would. Update : I made a payment arrangement. Normally when making payment arrangements, if there are extra charges during the duration of said agreement? It’s calculated when the agreement is made. I was not told about the extra fees that would be added THE DAY OF the arrangement was set to be paid. I called as soon as your establishment opened that day. I don’t need discuss anything further & will not be needing ANY further assistance on the matter.

We’ve had Storage for probably 10 years there. It’s temperature controlled. You’re able to get in when you need to. That’s a good place to keep your extra stuff.

This is a very nice facility. The units are good, spacious, and well kept. The only thing I didn’t like was they don’t prorate your monthly payment if you are not using it for the whole month.

Barbie was super helpful and made this whole process super easy and convenient! She was willing to answer any questions and very knowledgeable. She made this a good experience
