  We used Mi-Box to store our living room furniture while repairs were being done from some water damage. It was a last minute choice and Mi-Box was recommended by our contractor. Everything was arranged quickly and the pod was delivered the next day. Pick up was just as smooth, and aside from clearing out the pod and making sure our cars were out of the driveway, nothing needed from us. Our repairs did take nearly a month, so we were right at the point of needing to pay additional storage fees. We worked with Joe to arrange pickup and he was more than fair in settling the account.   My family moved from Louisiana last fall, and because we were downsizing drastically, we needed a long-term off-site storage option for many of our belongings. After seeing commercials for PODS, I reached out to them, completed a verbal agreement with a representative over the phone, and had a POD delivered to our home. We loaded the POD, but it wasn’t until I called to have it moved to off-site storage that another representative informed me they would not honor the verbal agreement made on a recorded line.   Joe was very helpful with renting our boxes for a local move. The scheduling was easy and he was able to help us make a couple of last minute changes when we needed more space. The storage and delivery were no problem and overall it was a great experience!

  I cannot recommend MI BOX enough!! Made our experience moving from Illinois to Indiana a breeze. We were able to pack up the box on our own accord and they were ready to pick it up and drop off at the new location as soon as we were ready for it. We did not even have to be home for them to drop off and pick up. Super super effective communication and a timely manner of response. Joe answered all my questions and emails quickly which made this process so much easier for us. I will definitely be recommending this company in using this company as well for future needs

  Really great experience! Joe was helpful in getting me just what I needed. Price was fair and drop off/pickup were easy. Would definitely use Mi-Box again.
