  Juan and his crew were timely and incredibly professional. They offloaded my things pretty quickly considering my apartment only had one elevator available. They handled my belongs with care and assembled my furniture without asking. I asked for them to unpack a few extra boxes and they were delighted to help. Would definitely recommend them!

  Everything went fantastic with our move from Chicago to SEMO. Jackson Movers exceeded every expectation. The loading crew packed the truck so precisely it looked like a Tetris masterclass — nothing shifted, nothing wasted, everything secure. They were efficient in every aspect of the move and incredibly helpful during unloading, offering smart suggestions for furniture placement and making sure everything ended up exactly where it needed to be. Their professionalism and skill took so much stress out of the day. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. CG & DD

  Not sure how it happened but they sent the wrong size truck. We were moving a large house to another state and the truck was significantly undersized. They couldn’t get a truck until the next day which pushed a lot of logistics and more nights in a hotel onto us as the final destination delivery moved out an additional two days. The team packing up and delivering were outstanding. Only issue was whoever chose a small truck for a 3/4 bedroom house move including multiple living rooms, garage, and pool table.

  This was a very stressful move for me, downsizing and leaving my home of 30 years, but your guys, Tino, Freddy, Alex and Max made it so less stressful. They were fast, respectful of my stuff, so helpful, kept asking what else they could do, getting my furniture in the perfect spot, setting up my beds, tv, and all with a smile. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks so very much!

  Everyone from Joe who came to do the estimate to Frank who drove the truck was absolutely top notch! The guys helping Frank on both sides of the move were also so hard working and very nice! I’ve moved too many times over my lifetime and this was the most smooth stress free one!
