THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not let them move your belongings. They took over 2 weeks to bring my things, and they had all of our mattresses on top of the U-HAUL which now are wet and destroyed. During these horrible 2 weeks I was told they had no idea where the driver was with my stuff. “Oh we have this problem a lot with him.” Like that’s suppose to be normal? Their customer service was absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOUR BETTER OFF CARRYING YOUR STUFF. Outstanding experience from packing up our items, moving them into temp controlled storage for a year and then delivering everything across the country. The moving staff we worked with in all phases in person, on the phone or in the office were conscientious, careful, super capable and, most of all, were the nicest people. Thank you!
