  NEXT LEVEL customer service and professionalism with timely drop-off and pick-up and WITH expert placement. Everybody on the Peoria crew were super friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with all along the way. The website is also outstanding and made reserving and paying for the unit as easy as could be AND I was able to very quickly change my pick up date with zero hassle. Highly recommend!

  We had a fantastic experience using pods. We recently moved from a house we lived in for 25 years. We had 25 years of accumulated stuff we had to move. We checked into hiring movers but our budget wouldn't allow it. We decided to use a large pod for a portion of our larger items. Jim was our delivery driver. He brought the empty pod to our house. The delivery was very quick and efficient and the process was quite fascinating to watch. We had 2 weeks to fill the pod from front to back and top to bottom.   The PODS drivers were great and skillful at driving the PODZilla. Jim did a masterful job putting the PODS container right where we wanted it with no damage to our landscaping and Japanese Maple tree. And the pickup driver did a great job too.

  I was a little leery at first -- my initial call to them seemed to be routed through a call center in India, as the woman who helped me had a strong accent -- but the service I got was top-notch. I had to change a few details before delivery, and that process was simple. The pod was delivered when promised, it was scrupulously clean and roomy, and was picked up promptly. The delivery guy (his name was Bob) answered all the questions I had, patiently and politely.   We hadn’t used PODS before, but this time the quote was more affordable than past quotes. We had a great experience, and our little one and I really enjoyed watching them load and unload the POD all four times. All of our drivers were great and friendly. I only know the last one was named Jim. He was super friendly and efficient. I don’t remember the names of the others, but they all did a great job and knew exactly what they were doing. One spot was a townhome with a narrow parking lot and the other was a single-family home. They all did well with both locations. No issues whatsoever. We woul…
