  DO NOT TRUST ARCO Sold a CNC Swiss machine, buyer arranged Arco to pick it up and transport to his shop. While moving the machine out they managed to hit and damage one of our new machines along with the customers. The forklift operator then got up and left the building, never coming back in... Another employee stepped up to finish moving the machine out now with only 1 spotter resulting in a control knob being broke off. Stupid mistakes that could’ve been avoided if they just slowed down and communicated.

  I cannot say enough great things about this company. They moved our machines to our new shop, were professional, prompt, easy to work with and did it for less money than their competitor. I have had nothing but an awesome experience with this company, from their movers, to their office staff - all exceptionally easy to work with!

  Arco damaged one of our machines and shirked responsibility. They did everything in their power so we could not claim it on their insurance. Be very careful if you have an issue......you are on your own. I hire 3-4 rigging companies a week around the nation. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere and do not trust them to do you right.
