  What an amazing experience! When PODS failed us, U-Pack came to our rescue! We were able to book a 20ft Trailer, from California to Illinois and the process was seemless. We loaded the trailer, they picked it up and drove it to our destination. Then we unloaded and they took it away. It was the perfect solution for a long distance move! Highly recommend!

  I have nothing but positive things to say about u-pack! We rented space in one of their trailers for our move from Utah to Illinois. Every driver and office person we talked with was friendly and helpful. Our stuff arrived EARLIER than their earliest estimated day and the only things damaged were definitely due to packing errors... Being able to load and unload over a few days instead of having to do it all in a uhaul the night before we left was so wonderful. And not having to drive a uhaul through the mountains was amazing!   I did a ton of shopping around for a moving service. U-Pack was by far the cheapest out of the big name brands from Chicago to Austin and they delivered right to my door on both ends without an additional fee. The communication was amazing and the drivers offered assistance with packing ideas.

  We had a great experience with UPack in every facet of our 900+ mile move. The people we spoke with were always pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very supportive. We highly recommend UPack for moving needs.

  They do not have any free or used boxes. Even though it is known for it.
