3 men arrived, one was a 15 year old who constantly rolled his eyes when given direction. They couldn’t take anything that they felt needed strapped down saying they have no straps which seems odd for a moving company. They dented a new wall with their dolly which the older man said he would come and repair (have never seen his return). My adjustable base to my bed is filthy. You can see their dirty handprints all over it. I have made several calls to them and return calls. Remember people, you get what you pay for. Never will use this company again!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: If you can do not use Moscardelli Movers, 709 N. Lincoln Ave., Springfield, Illinois. I used them for a recent move (2021) and they damaged my furniture. They dirtied my box spring, broke a handle on my drawer, and broke the leg off of my dining room table. Due to their insurance the owner wanted to only give me $30.00. NEVER AGAIN…

Our experience with Moscardelli was great! We had a lot of furniture to be moved, and we thought it would take a full day, but they got the job done in just a few hours. They were quick, efficient, and careful with our belongings; nothing was damaged. The movers were polite, funny, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!

Couldn’t be more pleased. Office staff was very helpful, and Jim, the owner returned calls promptly and coordinated the process. We were in a time crunch and able to get help moving some unique and very heavy items that had to be moved quickly from an auction site. Seth and Tommy provided the skills to get the job done quickly. Everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient.

Called them to move couches and treadmill from basement. Accurately described treadmill and layout over the phone. Workers arrived smelling of smoke and didn't wear shoe covers, so they came into my house with wet and dirty shoes (it was raining). They refused to move the treadmill saying it needs to be professionally dismantled. When I complained that the person who answered the phone should have told me that, they accused me of not giving her the details about the treadmill or the stairs. Which I did. They charge by the hour, so if she would have told me they couldn't do the treadmill, I wou…
